Reboot the scale by turning it off an on using the switch. During the boot up process a message will appear on screen prompting the user to begin calibration, follow these instructions to start. Follow the instructions on screen to press on the circles when the appear, ensuring you also press the circles on the lower screen of the XTs when prompted. If the calibration prompt does not appear during start-up, use this method instead. Open the side menu by clicking the left facing arrow on the bottom right of the screen, then head into 'Setup'. Select 'Manager Mode' and then your operator name and fill in your password if applicable. Navigate into 'Machine Setup', and then press 'Touch Screen Calibration'. Follow the instructions on screen to press on the circles when the appear, ensuring you also press the circles on the lower screen of the XTs when prompted. If you are unable to navigate to the 'Touch Screen Calibration' menu using the touch screen you can also plug a USB mouse into any of the USB ports located on the underside of the scale, or behind the label cassette, and use this to navigate the screen. If using a mouse for this step you must remember to complete the calibration using the touchscreen for it to be effective.
